On Tuesday, March 18, 2025, an emergency sewer lateral repair is scheduled at 333 Richmond Avenue. The damage to the sewer lateral occurred as a result of PG&E’s (Pacific Gas and Electric) pole stabilization work. During the stabilization process, which involved excavation near the pole, PG&E inadvertently damaged the lower sewer lateral. In response to this, District field staff distributed door tag to inform the affected resident about the repair and ongoing construction work. The District has scheduled Able Construction to perform the emergency lateral repair at 4:00 PM. Able Construction will replace the damaged sewer lateral with a new one.
